Vouchers purchase terms
- This Gift Experience voucher can not be redeemed for cash or accepted in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- All accommodation bookings exchanged for Gift Experience vouchers must be pre-booked directly over the phone or via email ([email protected])
- The Gift Experience voucher must be presented upon check-in
- Booking subject to availability and at our discretion. We recommend checking availability prior to calling to book
- We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of Gift Experience Vouchers. Gift Experience Vouchers void if altered, photocopied or reproduced.
- If your Gift Experience voucher has been lost then please contact us
- Gift Certificates are valid for stays within 24 months from the date of issue and may not be redeemed beyond that period. To avoid disappointment please ensure bookings are placed before expiry date.
- In the event that the value of the Gift Certificate does not cover the full cost of the accommodation, food or beverages package then the balance must be paid by the redeemer of the Gift Certificate to the Resort in cash or by valid debit/credit card.
- The Hideaway reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
