Why is the hideaway retreat adults only?
The Hideaway Retreat is designed as a place to slow down an d switch off, with a focus on peace, privacy and relaxation. By welcoming adults only (aged 16+), we're able to maintain the calm, spa-like atmosphere that many of our guests enjoy during their stay.
How does the security deposit work?
The £200 refundable security deposit its required before arrival and is returned following departure, provided the property is left in good condition and no excessive cleaning is required or damage found. This helps us maintain. the high standard of the retreat while offering full peace of mind for guests.
can we bring our dog or pet with us?
We are sorry, but we're unable to accommodate pets at The Hideaway Retreat. This helps us maintain high standards or cleanliness and ensures a comfortable stay for all guests including those with allergies.
what happens after we book?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know ahead of your stay.
You’ll also be given access to a private guest area on our website, where you can view helpful information about your stay, what’s included at The Hideaway, and local tips to help you make the most of your time with us.
